AquaCity Club

Shop for club prizes, take advantage of exclusive events and discounts and be surprised by our attractive offers. Preferred Loyalty Program with instant discount 8 – 20%.Exclusive offers, interesting events in the Aquapark, great hotel special offers, birthday discounts, etc. The Club card will be issued to you at our reception for a one-time fee of EUR 5.

How to get a card?

Register for the AquaCity Club:
– in person at the ticket offices at AquaCity Poprad, or online at shop.aquacity.sk.
After paying the €5 registration fee, you will receive your own electronic club card (QR code) and can start using the program benefits immediately.

Benefits of the club card

Purchase at the AquaCity Poprad resort – when paying, present your QR code on your mobile phone at the ticket offices or at the hotel reception when booking through the reception – there is no need to print the card.
Online purchase: For online purchases, you must register or log in to the e-shop using the email address to which the club card was issued. The discount can only be applied after logging in with this email address.
Aquapark tickets can be purchased with a discount both online and at the ticket offices.
Hotel stays – the discount does not apply online; it is valid only when booking through the reception.
The club card is non-transferable, except for immediate family members. The discount may be used by the cardholder and their spouse or children under 18 years of age.

You can use your club card for purchases directly at the AquaCity Poprad resort as well as for online purchases via the shop.aquacity.sk e-shop, depending on the type of service.

AQUAPARK
€2 discount on admissions: Aquapark Packet, Wellness Packet (full-day / 3-hour) and Family Packet. Valid also for the following categories: child, student, senior and disabled (ZŤP).
ACCOMMODATION – 8% discount
Hotel Seasons ****, Mountain View ****, Riverside *** (discount applies only to rack rates for accommodation)
FOOD & BEVERAGE – 10% discount
Food and drinks from the current food and beverage menu (does not apply to tobacco products, daily lunch menu and special offers). Valid at: High Tatras Restaurant, Lobby Bar, Café Bar.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES – 10% discount
Massages and treatments at the Relaxation & Massage Centre (redeemable at AquaCity Poprad ticket offices or at the hotel reception).
KRYOCENTRUM
Discounts on whole-body and local cryotherapy admissions according to the current price list.
