MENU

At the High Tatras restaurant, the chef has prepared an excellent menu based on current modern trends, using the finest ingredients made up of selected international and traditional Slovak cuisines. The restaurant also boasts of an exclusive vinotheque at the Cafe Bar, where you can find delicious wines from all over the world and the best of Slovak wine makers. High-quality home-made ingredients picked daily, guarantee the freshness of prepared meals. Prepare for a unique gastronomic experience! We prepare your food with love and determination. A la carte menu was prepared for you in cooperation with the chef Jaroslav Ertl, who is the president of the GOURMENT Club and tasted almost the whole world! The jurist of the famous TV show is not only a passionate chef, but also a traveller and representative of modern gastronomy. He has many gastronomic awards not only on home but also on foreign lands.

The breakfast buffet is offered from 7:00am to 10:00am. A wide choice of warm and cold dishes, healthy spreads, fruit, vegetables and cereals.

Room Service

If you prefer more privacy, we will be happy to serve breakfast to your room. Choose what you like most.

Lunch

Daily menu is served on weekdays Monday to Friday from 11:30 to 14:30 or A la Carte menu is served from 14:30 to 16:00. During the year we also have a special seasonal menu.

The hotel restaurant can be rented for various events. A small lounge next to the restaurant is ideal for training, presentations, meetings.

DINNER

The dinner buffet is offered from 6:00pm to 9:00pm.

Families with children will love our kid’s buffet at breakfast and dinner as well as our kid’s lunch menu. There are baby chairs and a corner for warming up baby food at disposal.
